RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on HAKAN Store within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us if there is anything we can do without you needing to return the item. We have a "no questions asked return policy" and we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products or you will get your money back.

What are HAKAN product goals and manufacturing practices?

Do HAKAN products contain Bisphenol A, (BPA)?

We care about the health of our consumers and our planet. All our pottery items, stainless steel, coppers, or any other houseware products are non-toxic, lead-free, and BPA-free.

Can I use my houseware right away?

We produce our non-toxic products under hygienic conditions but always recommend an initial wash before use. Terracotta items may need the first care instructions. Please contact us if you do not receive the instructions for the first use.

What if I have a problem using my coupon?

What are your warranty and return policies?

We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. All products are returnable within 30 days of the item's delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once return approval has been received, your product must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us, before sending in your return. If you have any concerns about the quality of your product, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you.

Can I order wholesale?

For any inquiries regarding discounts and stock for B2B orders, please get in touch with us by Contact Page. In order for us to best assist with organizing the stock for your bulk order, please include the following information in your inquiry:

- Item name & URL

-Quantity required for each size or colour

Can I wash my products in the dishwasher?

All our stainless steel products are dishwasher safe. Some products, such as our copper and clay items, are more suitable for hand washing. For product longevity and for the best performance, please read the instructions before use.

How do I clean my copper products?

The copper products are easy to care for. Use a mild soap and a soft dishcloth or sponge to avoid scratches, then rinse. Dry well after each washing to prevent oxidation. Never use abrasive cleaning agents such as scouring pads or metal scrapers on your copper pots as they will damage the surface. To polish our copper products, pour vinegar over the surface and add a spoonful of cooking salt and rub it over any stained areas. Dry with a clean and lint-free cloth.

Why are the copper products tin-plated inside?

Tinned copper containers are not affected by the air and therefore do not oxidize. This also protects them against any corrosion from chemicals. Tinning is a must to use copper in kitchens.
